Ready-to-use Supplementary Food (RUSF) is a food supplement intended to be used as part of a nutritional program, to treat moderate acute malnutrition (MAM) for children over 6 months, for a period of 2-3 months. RUSF is intended to be eaten directly from the package with no dilution, mixing or cooking. One sachet per day is the recommended dose of RUSF and provides approximately 535kcal. This product is not a breast-milk replacer.

Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF)paste, is a high-energy fortified food to be used by humanitarian agencies, governmental and non-governmental organizations for the treatment of Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) in any cultural setting in accordance with guidelines for the outpatient care and management of Severe Acute Malnutrition. The RUTF paste may be used in climatic extremes from the arctic to tropical zones and may be the sole source of food, except for water and breast milk, during the period of use.
