1.Temperature Monitoring Device:
Externally readable cabinet-mounted electronic thermometer conforming to PQS specification E006/TH06.
30 day electronic refrigerator temperature logger:
Haier HETL-01, E006/042 attached to internal refrigerator basket

Upon request: Either Berlinger Fridge-Tag 2E, E006/040 with an internal sensor attached to internal refrigerator basket or Fridge-Tag 2E with external sensor, E006/040 shall be supplied.
2.Voltage regulator: A standalone voltage stabilizer (HVS-1000) compliant with E007/VS01.3 for 220-240V, 50/60 Hz with 173-278V input voltage range. Upon request, extended voltage stabilizer: SVS04E-22 for 220-240 volt 50/60 Hz.
Upon request extended type Stand-alone, Sollatek, Model SVS04E-22, 230V 50/60Hz nominal output, 100-290V input voltage regulation range.
3.Power lead: The product is supplied with a power lead with a sealed-on plug compatible with the electricity socket standard in the country where the equipment is to be installed. Schuko plug is quoted as a standard. The power lead is 1.8 meters in length.
4.Lid with lock, plus 2 keys and 4 wire shelves.

Manuals:
User, installation, and maintenance documents that address all the five aspects as outlined in the applicable WHO/PQS specification will be supplied in English as a standard.

Warranty:
The product is covered by a two-year replacement warranty in the event of any component failure arising from defective design, materials or workmanship.

2.A label, displaying vaccine storage advice & user instructions with pictures is permanently mounted on cabinet. Label is in the UN languages (Arabic, English, French, Mandarin Chinese, Russian or Spanish, or other language be available on demand).
3.Manufacturer, PQS identification number, applicable service phone number and website URL are indicated on the label, attached to the left side of unit. Serial number, date of manufacture, model number are indicated on the label, attached to right side of cabinet. This label remains readable for the expected life of the appliance.

5.One set of spare parts is recommended but not compulsory for every 10 units of ILRs.
