The RADI PREP Swab and Stool DNA/RNA Kit are recommended to use in combination with S0003894 RADI COVID-19 Detection Kit/100T. The RADI PREP Swab and Stool DNA / RNA KIT is a reagent used to extract nucleic acids from bacteria and viruses present in samples collected from human feces, anus, vagina, or pharynx using cotton swabs. The kit is for use by a laboratory professional.

·KSW1 Buffer (30 ml), Add 30ml of Absolute Ethanol before use.
·KSW2 Buffer (12 ml), Add 48ml of Absolute Ethanol before use.
·KSE Buffer (15 ml)
·Proteinase K (2x1.25 ml), Should be stored at 2 - 8°C after reception.
·Carrier molecule (lyophilized) (600 µg), Add 600ul KSE Buffer to the tube and store it at -25 to -15°C.
·Spin column (100 each)
·Collection tubes (200 each)

Storage & transportation condition:
All buffers except Proteinase K and Carrier molecule in this kit can be stored at 15 - 35°C.
Proteinase K should be stored at 2 - 4°C after reception.
Carrier molecule should be stored at -25 to -15°C after dissolution. Carrier molecule is not recommended to be freeze and thawed more than 8 times.
